Privacy Policy

This English version is provided for convenience. In case of discrepancies, the German version prevails.

1. Controller

Sasa Stjepic Uhlenhorst 4 21435 Stelle Germany Email: founder@streamswitch.de

2. General data processing

This policy describes the current website operation. My TV and Optimizer are product demos and do not access streaming accounts. The Early Access waitlist is currently disabled; its technical preparation does not constitute ongoing processing by database or email sending services.

3. Hosting, connection data and operational logs

Hosting: Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA – Cloudflare Workers (Workers Free) Region: Global Cloudflare network; standard Worker placement. Processing exclusively in Germany or the EU has not been established. Connection data and logging: Technical HTTP connection data is processed to provide the website. Workers Logs, Traces and request log exports are disabled. Aggregated operational metrics and administrative account audit logs are active. Cloudflare’s internal security processing must be considered separately. Retention: No active Workers Logs collection; according to product documentation, aggregated Workers metrics are retained for up to 3 months and administrative audit logs for 18 months. No single general retention period has been established for Cloudflare’s internal network and security data. Providing the website may involve processing your IP address, requested URL, time and browser or connection information. Technical provision and security rely on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in a functioning, secure website. Aggregated metrics describe operational performance; administrative audit logs record account actions and are not visitor marketing tracking. Disabling Workers Logs does not mean that Cloudflare processes no data for network operation and security.

4. Cookies and local storage

The website uses no analytics or marketing cookies and does not store form entries in local storage. The functional streamswitch_locale cookie remembers your explicit DE/EN language choice for one year (Path=/, SameSite=Lax, Max-Age=31536000, Secure over HTTPS). It has no analytics or marketing purpose. Your choice is used on subsequent visits; there is no forced redirect based on browser settings or location. Demos temporarily keep entries in browser memory. Browser autofill is outside our control.

5. Analytics and advertising

No Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, advertising tracking or additional browser-tracking libraries are embedded. Technical Cloudflare operational metrics used to provide and secure the website must be distinguished from such tracking. Fonts and artwork are served locally. Any new tracking services would be activated only after appropriate information and, where required, consent.

6. Early Access registration

The Early Access waitlist is currently disabled. The form does not save registrations or send emails. The double opt-in architecture is prepared for later activation.

7. Consent to email updates

The waitlist is currently disabled; no waitlist data or consent records are collected. This process will only be used after activation, and the privacy information will be updated beforehand.

8. Double opt-in

9. Confirmation email

The waitlist is currently disabled; no waitlist data or consent records are collected. This process will only be used after activation, and the privacy information will be updated beforehand.

10. Withdrawal and unsubscribe

No waitlist updates are currently sent. Where you have given consent to other processing, you may withdraw it at any time with future effect by emailing founder@streamswitch.de. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before that point.

11. Retention period

The disabled waitlist currently stores no data. Specific deletion and evidence retention periods and a deletion process will be established before activation. Retention of website logs and contact enquiries is described in the relevant sections.

12. Database and backend

No production database is currently used for the waitlist. The Supabase/PostgreSQL adapter is only prepared. A provider, its region and contractual safeguards will be selected and documented before actual use.

13. Email service provider

No email sending service is currently used for the waitlist. The Resend adapter is only prepared; no confirmation or update emails are sent. Contact by email is separate and described under Contact enquiries.

14. No publication of email addresses

Email addresses, individual records, IDs and access tokens are not displayed publicly. The public count route returns only a rounded threshold message or no message.

15. Aggregated interest count

No public interest count is shown while the waitlist is disabled. After future activation, only a rounded message is intended, starting at 1,000 confirmed registrations.

16. Internal waitlist dashboard

The prepared waitlist dashboard is blocked without configured authentication and publicly displays neither data nor example counts. It is intended to support operation after future waitlist activation.

17. Contact

When you email founder@streamswitch.de, we process the sender address, message content and associated mail metadata to handle your enquiry. Depending on the enquiry, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (contractual or pre-contractual communication) or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). Email provider: STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin Product: STRATO Domainpaket .de with STRATO Mail Basic. Deletion rule: Contact enquiries are deleted once they have been fully dealt with and no statutory, contractual or legitimate grounds for retention remain. Business correspondence subject to statutory retention requirements is handled separately. Deletion also covers the trash folder and known local copies. STRATO allows emails deleted from the mailbox to be technically recovered for up to 30 days. Deletion from working folders therefore does not mean that all technical copies disappear immediately. Business correspondence subject to statutory retention requirements is handled separately. The disabled Early Access form sends no emails.

18. Processors

Cloudflare Workers provides website hosting and STRATO provides contact email hosting. The Cloudflare Customer DPA forms part of the Self-Service Agreement; version 6.4 is effective April 3, 2026. A STRATO data processing agreement, version 3.4 concluded on September 24, 2026, is documented. A newer version offered in the account has not been additionally accepted. Supabase and Resend are technically prepared only and do not receive registration data while the waitlist is disabled.

19. Transfers to third countries

Processing through Cloudflare’s global network may take place outside the EEA, particularly in the United States. Cloudflare Customer DPA version 6.4, effective April 3, 2026, provides for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or EU Standard Contractual Clauses, depending on the specific transfer and the parties’ roles. There is no EU-only guarantee. Safeguards must be assessed for the specific transfer and the parties’ roles. No blanket assurance of full legal compliance or exclusively European processing is given. Cloudflare’s current subprocessor list is available at www.cloudflare.com/gdpr/subprocessors/cloudflare-services/.

20. Data subject rights

Subject to the legal conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. Send requests to founder@streamswitch.de.

21. Right to withdraw consent

No waitlist updates are currently sent. Where you have given consent to other processing, you may withdraw it at any time with future effect by emailing founder@streamswitch.de. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before that point.

22. Right to object

Where processing is based on legitimate interests, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation. You may object to direct marketing at any time.

23. Right to complain

Under Article 77 GDPR, you may complain to a data protection supervisory authority, particularly where you usually live or work, or where the suspected infringement occurred. For the operator’s location in Lower Saxony, the State Commissioner for Data Protection of Lower Saxony is a relevant point of contact: Prinzenstraße 5, 30159 Hannover, Germany; poststelle@lfd.niedersachsen.de; www.lfd.niedersachsen.de. An online complaint form is available on that website.

24. Data security

The website uses locally served fonts and artwork. Demos perform no provider actions. Credentials for prepared services remain server-side only. The disabled waitlist does not process email or abuse-prevention keys.

25. HTTPS

This website is served over HTTPS. Local development over HTTP is not public production operation.

26. No automated decision-making

The public landing page makes no automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. Product demos perform no provider actions or real subscription changes.

27. External links

When you open external provider or email links, the respective service’s privacy information applies. Local artwork and locally bundled fonts require no external retrieval.
